Bellows Joint (Lined)
Parts include:

One Corrugated Bellows with Liner
One Outer Jacket
One Containment Band

Used as an expansion joint designed to compensate for linear thermal expansion. Maximum compressive travel is 3".

Flow resistance factor: K = Same as pipe

Used as an expansion joint designed to compensate for linear thermal expansion. Maximum compressive travel is 3".

Expansion Joint

Used for thermal expansion between two fixed points. A minimum penetration of one half the pipe diameter is required. Refer to installation instructions for proper assembly procedure. Outer diameter of the inner wall of the expansion section is 1/8" less than the I.D. of the standard pipe inner wall.

 

EJ Parts include:

One 36" inner wall expansion pipe, flanged on one end (may be trimmed to fit)
One 42" outer wall section (may be field trimmed)
One Graphite gasket
One EJ collar
One EJ band
One Containment Band

EJ18 Parts include:

One 24" inner wall expansion pipe, flanged on one end (may be trimmed to fit)
One 30" outer wall section (may be field trimmed)
One Graphite gasket
One EJ collar
One EJ band
One Containment Band



Fixed Adjustable Length

Used to provide special lengths. Not intended to compensate for thermal expansion.

FAL Parts include:
